I’ve stayed here several times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love my unit. Very quiet and private! It’s like a home away from home. I have friends that live 10 min away so it is very convenient. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Outdated decor in the rooms, pretty tight quarters for a family. Overall it is a decent decent place to stay, a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Sedona. I found/killed a scorpion next to my shoes as I reached for them the morning I checked out, yeah, it’s AZ, but still. Had I found it the night before, we would have NOT slept in that room.

The cottages were beautiful and very clean. Property well kept. The check in process on the other hand was long and front office personnel rude and overly fake. We will go back and stay there soon. However, my suggestion for management either retrain your staff or hire new staff. They are what could be contributing to your sales being lower than what they should be. Property is beautiful
