Second time staying here. Awesome hotel. We were served a rib eye steak in the restaurant that was excessively tough. The executive chef came to our table, apologised, and substituted a tenderloin that was exceptional. Excellent service and response.

This is an amazing place. The build quality is incredible - first class marble and stone, tiles were lovely, and the workmanship superb. This is a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Had a meal there and it was great, large portion of salmon cooked perfectly, and luc lac ( beef cubes stir fried) that was also perfectly done. I love this place.

Khách sạn mới, rất sạch sẽ và sang trọng. Phòng thiết kế đẹp, rộng rãi, nội thất tinh tế. Mình đặc biệt thích giường rất êm và không gian yên tĩnh, nghỉ ngơi rất thoải mái.
Nhân viên thân thiện và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình từ lúc check-in đến khi check-out. Bữa sáng ổn, đủ lựa chọn, phù hợp cho một kỳ nghỉ thư giãn.
Nhìn chung trải nghiệm vượt mong đợi, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi có dịp. Rất đáng để trải nghiệm!

This property was very clean, organized and the staff was exceptional! Their hospitality was something I have never experienced before. From the moment we checked in until we checked out it was amazing. Will recommend to anyone.

It’s nice the staff are friendly and the place is clean but it isn’t near anything to walk to and the place is a little eccentric not everyone’s cup of tea unless you love gold and velvet and the welcome drink is tea or coffee and the breakfast is very basic
