First, the pluses. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooms had been cleaned. When we needed items, they got them for us. They would not send a shuttle to get us from the airport because we landed at 11pm. We asked for connected rooms but got two rooms on different floors. One smelled strongly of smoke though we had asked for nonsmoking. Both rooms’ couches had food stains and cigarette burns in them. Bedding seemed clean but was stained. When we used the bathroom sink bugs crawled up out of the drain. Bathrooms were very tiny. The biggest issue seems to be with long-term maintenance of the property. The public areas seemed nice, but the rooms weren’t very good. We would not recommend going there.

The area is terrible. The staff was ok. The room floor dirty, not sure if they clean the rooms well. Had a layover for a night and couldn’t get into the city. Pay a little more and get a better option imo

I was in room 251. There was muzak coming from outside that was loud enough in my room to keep me awake. Two minutes of upbeat synthesizer music played on a loop all night. The property itself isn't bad. The noise was just awful.

It was ok Shuttle services limited

Found roaches in my room.

The proximity to the airport makes this place great for a night transit and the staff and services were really good. We had a couple of issues and it was resolved timely and with care. The room was kind of decent and it wasn’t necessarily dirty but the condition of the room gave a little bit of old feeling. The room that we stayed in also didnt have a window. Breakfast was quite decent too.
