Immaculate hotel within walking distance of all major attractions. Special shoutout to Georgia and Simona for their utmost professionalism and friendliness. We were constantly asked if everything was OK with our room and the service provided. Breakfast was fresh and adequate. We travelled to other parts of Sicily following our stay and Simona kindly arranged private transfer at a very reasonable price. Last, but not the least, the hotel architecture was a treat to the eyes. Overall - Outstanding!

I recently stayed at Plazzo del poeta and honestly it was the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This historic Plaza in central Palermo is absolutely stunning. The rooms and common areas are beautifully furnished with much character and charm. You really feel like you’re staying somewhere special and traditional. The stuff were warm welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect breakfast was great too nice way to start food. Location couldn’t be better right in the centre walking distance to everything.

The poeta is our favorite hotel. We have stayed here over seven times and will continue to do so. It is a relaxing respite in the vibrant city of Palermo.

We enjoyed our stay in. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to historic size, restaurants and shops. The hotel has charm in. The Staff was very nice. The morning breakfast was excellent, and made to order. The room itself was attractive, however, we needed a second Bed, which was not comfortable. Unfortunately, at times, the Wi-Fi did not work well at all.

Great location. Right at the center. Very nice room and amazing crew. The bedroom is very comfortable.

Good breakfast. Needed a little more variety after a couple days. No amenities such as coffee in room, gym, pool, etc. Lots of spare sitting areas for reading as it's an old refurbished palace. Nice staff. Wouldn't recommend for big groups or families with kids.

Enchanting place !! Very well located. Beautiful Suite, very clean the staff was exceptional. Would love to come back.
