The room was beautifully decorated, the hostess was excellent and kind. She helped make our stay very welcoming.

This hotel was located right in the city, but not a great area at all, which is OK. But it is up on the third floor with no one to help get luggage so it’s very difficult to access the hotel. The gentleman who greeted us upon arrival was very kind though.

We could not access the property for 45 minutes. After the access, they told us the room is not ready and we had to wait for 4 hours. We received email confirmation that check-in in at 12PM bur were allowed into our room close to 5PM.

The manager of the property was very helpful and courteous. Had breakfast ready for us at our requested time and helped with providing an adapter for electricity.

This property was very clean and well-appointed with little extras! The man checking us in was very nice and on-site when we arrived after a long day of sightseeing! The room we had did not have a balcony as the picture shows. Not sure if any of the rooms had this feature. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the location. It was close to the train station and a few nice cafes/restaurants but otherwise it wasn't located in a spot we'd want to spend much time. Great and convenient for a one or two-night stay.

Fabulous room, lovely owner and staff and a great breakfast. Everything we wanted was within easy walking distance. Loved it.

We had a lovely one night stay at Relais del Principe before our flight home. The room was spacious, modern and very clean. We were notified in advance that the front desk is not manned 24/7, but you are given a key to access the outside door, unit door and your room door. We had no issues with this process and all of our messages before and during our stay were answered promptly. A breakfast is provided, but we left too early to try it. The hotel is near the train station and the neighborhood is a bit rough.
