If you're looking for something special that goes beyond a generic hotel stay, Signy House is exactly that! A charming, quaint retreat nestled in District 4, and I absolutely love it here. The loft rooms are utterly adorable and full of character and so thoughtfully designed. Watching the luxury river boat cruises glide along the Saigon River from your own window feels like a little slice of magic every night. It never gets old. The café downstairs is fabulous, the kind of spot you didn't know you needed until you're there sipping something delicious and never wanting to leave. It adds a lovely warmth and community feel to the whole property. What also impressed me is how well thought-out the practical side of things is. The building is secure, which gives genuine peace of mind, and the free shared laundry facilities are a brilliant touch, especially for longer stays or travellers who appreciate not paying a fortune for clean clothes. The location in District 4 is a real insider pick, close enough to District 1 to access everything Saigon has to offer, but with a more local, authentic neighbourhood feel that most tourists never get to experience. Signy House isn't trying to be a five-star resort, it's something better: a place with real personality, warmth, and value. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Saigon the way it actually feels. 10/10 — would absolutely stay again.

Very bohemian chic, small cozy quarters at an amazing price. The staff is kind and accommodating, but translation devices maybe required. Very safe. Great café monday- Saturday.
