Stayed a night during my layover in Rome, host Enrico was helpful and hospitable, reached out upon booking confirmation, a nice touch, pointed out nearby cafe and restaurant upon arrival, provided shuttle service to and from airport upon request. Room was clean and uncluttered, minimalist in decorating style which I like, air conditioning worked, bathroom clean and maintained. For people who drives, there's plenty of parking spaces. For me, a pleasant overnight stay, didn't feel unsafe at all.

Very good location and the price is good. Enrico, the young man running the place is very nice and he is good to respond to text messages and communication in general.

The place is immaculate, it is very comfortable with everything you need for a quick getaway. The owner and his family are totally amazing, friendly and very welcoming. The bathrooms are shared but are kept in perfectly clean condition. I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Everything looked like the photos in the listing. The only thing that is a little misleading is that the description did not mention that the bathrooms were shared with other apartments on the same floor. When booking this, you assume that everything is in one location, meaning private. Since we had to use a shared bathroom, the shower would not drain properly. I made the host aware. He thanked me for bringing it to his attention. Other than that, the space was very clean, and cute.

Belle chambre propre avec air climatisé, accessoires de toilettes parfait. Cependant, nous pensions que c'était une chambre avec salle de bain privée, mais elles étaient communes. Accès au site compliqué et aucun air climatisé dans le bâtiment, le rendant super chaud et humide. Cuisine commune et salle à manger commune. Le parking était gratuit donc tant mieux.

Good location from the airport. Parking is plenty. Shared bathrooms with other tenants. Air conditioning works well. Needs more pillows for beds.
