The location is excellent where you can find restaurants, shops, pharmacies and groceries within 5 minutes walk. Easy to go Central London by underground trains and Heathrow Airport.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of all, the AC works perfectly during the crazy heat wave in London.
Highly recommend.

Very close to the tube which can take you all around London, close enough to enjoy the city but on the outskirts enough that the price isn’t ridiculously expensive

The staff were amazing .. they knew it was my birthday so came back on my birthday with a bottle of wine and a card on my bed.
They were helpful and lovely .. PureGym is opposite as well and I bought day passes and attended everyday so if you’re into exercise you won’t miss out.
There are close by coffee shops and cafes quick are excellent and the breakfast is reasonable.
I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! Well supplied with quite a spectrum of food items, it was an embarrassment of riches.
The room was considerably larger than I expected. Sometimes hotel rooms in the UK are quite small. This one certainly wasn’t small. The staff was most helpful. I arrived two hours early and the staff allowed to leave my luggage with them until I came back to register later. I was most appreciative!

Hebat The building is a bit tired but our room was clean. The area is good for transport options (Hammersmith Station only a few hundred metres away) and it's a quick tube ride to central London. Our room was very quiet, with no outside noise and little to no corridor noise.

Hebat The room was clean when we arrived but you have to ask to have it cleaned. Staff were friendly and helpful.
