For the short couple of days I was in Kyoto, I quite enjoyed my stay. Staff were relatively patient and understanding, especially with the ever-present language barrier. The hotel itself is a bit far from everything, so transportation is sort of difficult, but otherwise, I had a great stay.

The staff was great and made everything smooth for our trip! The room was nice and roomier than usual and we loved the gym. Also, convenient location for day trips throughout Kyoto!
