Bedroom and bathroom modern, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast varied and substantial. Staff friendly and helpful. However, hotel is pricy for what it offers.

This is a solid Israeli business hotel. Clean. Good not great breakfast buffet (compared to the luxury hotels). We had trouble getting a complete set of towels daily. Some days none would show up. Other days bath towels but no hand towels. Some days everything was fine. We had to ask for toilet paper. That said, the beds and bedding are excellent. The air conditioning works well and was both silent and worked without I being drafty. No street noise. Sunny room. The location is excellent. Near the train station, the Azrieli mall and the downtown. Parking is a mess. There is a parking lot in the building that doesn’t belong to the hotel. It’s crazy expensive even with the hotel discount. One day, we had the receptionist validate our ticket but we still had to pay the full price. Even worse, the rate is not for 24 hours with unlimited exits and entries. Each entrance and exit starts the outrageous clock again. In the end I gave up on the garage and was able to find on street parking within a kilometer. The prices are high for a hotel of this very-good-but-not-excellent caliber. Yes, we would stay here again as there are no other hotels in town.

At breakfast the coffee machine was broken! They wanted to charge us for a teabag and hot water! We asked for our room to be cleaned with fresh towels, it was left untouched for the whole day until we came back in the evening. Eventually we got some clean towels and the bed was made. The staff need to have much better customer service. It’s the only hotel in Modiin so no competition!

Needs international outlets for charging phones, watches etc. needs washcloths in the bathrooms.

The staff was fine and the room was clean. The room description said it came with a trundle bed, which it did not. Also, the closet and shelf space were not what we expected. We came in from the states in the winter and needed more room to hang our belongings.
