Great apartment for five nights. It had everything that you need and more. Absolutely loved it! Close to the Trastevere and other places. The decor and cleanliness are amazing! We will be back!

This was a first for us to have reception less accommodation and was very pleased with simplicity and quality of accommodation. We found it easily and everything was welcoming, it was clean, smelt lovely and nice and cool on a hot Rome day. We opted for early check in for £20 and so glad we did instead of luggage drop in case it was busy. The beds and bedding were so very comfy, and the quality of everything was excellent- sofabed, glasses and cups etc. check out was easy. Great location for Rome being a short walk from bus / tram stop but also easy to get taxis and near supermarket. Would certainly recommend this place.

Todo es excelente en este NUMA Hotel, solo seria bueno que tubieran mas cuidado con la limpieza de las areas comunes, y en el laundry poner alguna sen̈al que le deje saber a los clientes el respeto por la ropa de los otros huespedes, ya que la sacan y la tiran donde quiera para poner la de ellos, por lo demas todo excelente, lo recomiendo, es un hotel muy tranquilo, huele delicioso y tiene un costumer services de primer nivel

Great location, shirt team ride from main sights. Very quiet. Close to train station to go to the AirPort. Tons of good dinning options close. Would book again.

Great potential, poor execution. Given the amount of time spent texting with Numa customer service to correct issues, the cost was way more than the stay was worth. The check in took over an hour and a half, due to an unusual issue that would have been corrected in five minutes if there were A/C did not work and customer service could only send the same cookie cutter recommendations repeatedly, which did NOT correct the problem. Numa suffers from the lack of a human element.

Very clean, new-looking apartment, well equipped. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of city, though all major attractions are easily accessible by tram, bus or foot. We had a room that overlooked the inner quadrangle of high-rise apartments, so there was no view or anything green to be seen from the balcony - which was very narrow and a tight squeeze for two to sit at the table. The outdoor space though was very welcome during a very hot spell. There are a number of good supermarkets all within a few minutes walk. Recycling and waste bins are on the street nearby which is helpful. We stayed two weeks and would happily stay again and recommend NUMA apartments to friends. Little improvements would be a toaster and an ice-cube tray.
