My room was clean and spacious and everything was in good repair. Nice pool, which almost no one used during my stay. The only real drawback as that the breakfast buffet (included) is mediocre. Food was not kept warm. Coffee (which is good in Laos) was Nescafe instant with no milk or cream provided, just sugar. They tend to run out of food.

Clean property with friendly staff and a beautiful pool.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful pool and helpful, friendly staff. Located a bit from the centre but this was made up for by the hotel shuttle and friendly staff.

The hotel was beautiful, very modern and clean. Great air conditioning and pool facilities. However the staff had extremely poor English and didn’t quite have the hospitality skills to match the hotel. The restaurant menu was very very basic and the “American buffet breakfast@ was simply eggs on toast with watermelon and banana on side. The hotel is actually quite far from the main shopping/ dining district. There is a free shuttle bus, however it only goes each way every 2 hours which isn’t often enough.
