Horrible check in experience. Have to call for help for check in, NO staff on site. Also NO hot water for shower. Cannot believe Expedia is allowing this vendor to reseller on their platform. Not worth the money, please avoid!

Property is nice

We are Americans visiting in July. We wanted a spot close to Malpensa airport and it did great with that! It is right above the bakery which had great stuff. It is advised to check-in when the bakery is open. We arrived in the morning to be safe. Not sure when the exact closing hour is. The room we had did have a wheelchair accessible shower which was flat with no retainment. So, water did go everywhere unless you lower the water pressure. There is air conditioning which helps a lot on a hot day (we had low 90s), but it would not get under 70F for us. The parking is a gravel area in the courtyard which was gated. You use your room key for everything including the lights. Overall great stay and value.

Once you listen to the instructions it’s quite easy to enter and access. Great bathroom, big room, and quiet. I only contacted the number and didn’t have any interaction with any staff. Very clean.. would recommend especially if you r travelling by car. Wi fi is a dog. The aircon is a challenge, possibly some instruction on how to use it. A few fixed hangers in the bathroom would be good. The worst was the bed which groaned and moaned with every move, ( it wasn’t the occupants) Secure parking is a great bonus. otherwise great place to stay.
