I upgraded to the ocean view room and it was worth it. Lovely views and the amenities were everything you could need, though we didn’t use them for the one night stay (washing machine, cooker etc.)
Whilst the bathroom was small compared to the rest of the room it was big enough.
It was very clean
The only reason I gave it overall of a 4 is because the room wasn’t ready at the check-in time. Whilst we only had to wait another 15mins, I believe all hotels should have rooms ready for the time they state they will be

The staff was amazing always so helpful, welcoming, professional at all times. Willing to drop everything to fix any issues. I had an amazing room over looking the bridge, the view was intoxicating, also the hotel is close to lots of shops, so location wise it was fantastic. My stay at NewCz Centrum was wonderful I was there for seven days and loved every minute if it. I make mention I am a solo traveller and I always felt supported which is very comforting when you have flown 10 hours 40 minutes away from home.

Amazing view from the room, but pretty sparse amenities in the room itself. It's reasonably close to the subway station.

Very chic and attentive staff. Excellent location close to shopping, spa, and subway line 2. High recommend and good value.

The staff was kind and the room is overall clean (except for the futon, the futon is not quite clean). Also, the stairs were not convenient for elderly people.

The room is unique with the duplex design. I love the floor heater which made me felt warm in the room. The location is good to find restaurants. Close to Shinsagae, LOTTE Mall and Home plus. Will come back again for sure.

cleanliness of room and bathroom were good.
Location is good for accessibility to transit.
Hotel Signage needs to be extremely larger for the Taxi to find.
We had a problem getting to the hotel and the taxi dropped off at your other property because driver could not see name of hotel.

Location is close to centum mall. The air condition didnt work properly. The mattress was very uncomfortable. I book the loft style room . The loft floor is impossible to seat in as the ceiling was too low.
It is suitable place to suit in, if you are looking for low price to stay.
