Whilst the hotel itself is beautiful and our room extremely comfortable and luxurious the amenities were lacking. We had a stay before and after doing the loop. We gave the hotel a chance regarding using the pool. It was extremely busy with loads of kids the first time we tried to use it. So thinking it was just bad luck we tried again when we returned from the doing the loop in the evening and again the next morning. Same thing, full of kids and adults not staying at the hotel so basically a public pool. It should not be included as one of the amenities of hotel. It's very disappointing the hotel has chosen to give the pool out to the public at the expense of the hotel guests. One of the main reason we chose this hotel was to have a lovely swim and then sit back relaxing on the lounge chairs. All staff were so lovely and tried to make amends but it was very awkward complaining to them as given how they looked they were probably sick of hearing the same complaints. Not good enough from management and clearly they don't care about the hotel guests or their staff otherwise they would have done something by now. At the least have a 2 hour time slot purely for hotel guest every evening everyday. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice and a reasonable coffee machine. The spa and was fantastic with excellent massages in a lovely, relaxing environment. I would definitely return if they made the pool guests only and had more ambiance at the top bar.

Brand new hotel (opened officially December 2024) and it felt like it. Everything was wonderful. Only comment is that the pool had a lot of people who didn’t seem to be staying at the hotel, doing swimming lessons or equivalent. Aside from that everything here was perfect. Would love to have stayed longer!!

Pool was under maintenance so was closed. Restaurant food was ok. However, if you eat as a couple, dont expect both main courses to arrive at the same time! My partner's main course arrived after I had finished eating mines!! Breakfast was ok. Same same. Nothing spectacular. There's the fried rice, fried noodles, and your typical Western style od sausages, bacon, pastries.

This is the newest hotel in the city and very modern. This is the best hotel around. The rooms were large and bright with great views. The buffet breakfast was the best we had on the whole trip. The front desk were great. The rooftop bar was impressive however quiet and understaffed, so order early as ot took time to get anyone to take your order. However the whole package was great .

Clean room

The whole hotel was spotless with modern amenities, just a much needed reprieve after the Ha Giang loop. An unexpected favorite so far in Vietnam after many other hotels.

This was a great place: clean, spacious, great amenities. The buffet breakfast was a standout with lots of options.

End to end great experience

Very new hotel, staff was extremely helpful and the facility is new and in great shape.
