The staff at Natural Green were so nice… they went out of their way to help or show me things, highly recommend this place! The gardens are absolutely stunning

I booked a five-night stay at Natural Green Lodge for my honeymoon, but we ended up leaving less than 12 hours after arriving because the conditions were unacceptable. When we first entered our room, there were bugs everywhere—not just all over the curtains, but on and around the bed as well. The bathroom had so many bugs that there was a lizard on the wall eating a line of them. In addition, the shower never produced hot water, and the jacuzzi did not work, despite paying extra to reserve a room specifically with that feature. The staff moved us to another room for the night, which we appreciated, but unfortunately that room had its own issue. A bird had gotten into the vent area above the room and made noise throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Because of these ongoing problems, we decided we could not continue our stay. We checked out the following morning and booked another hotel nearby for the remainder of our trip.

Beautiful place to stay with secure parking. On site Restaurant with the nicest wait staff in the area.

We arrived early and needed to drop off our luggage before a white water trip that we were running late for. They hurried and cleaned our room so we could make our check in time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Natural Green! Our lodge was so cute and felt right at home in the rainforest. It had really unique touches that complemented the natural environment, and the environment itself is breathtaking! They’ve taken a lot of time and effort into making the garden stunning. We had the cabin with the natural pool and to sit there and listen to the animals was absolutely incredible. They made us feel very special on our honeymoon and had sweet touches like a note and champagne. We really appreciated David who helped us get settled and set up tours and made us feel right at home. We also loved the restaurant and especially the servers Jesus and Gerardo. Jesus went out of his way to make us feel welcome and had great conversation, and Gerardo gave great recommendations. We felt like family at the end of our days here and can’t wait to come back!

No one to check in and no one to check out

The menu was fresh and delicious every day. The AC was super cold and the room was very clean!

Our honeymoon suite was everything we wanted and more. They have a restaurant on the property that is delicious the bridge over the stream & long walkway back felt like that of a top notch resort. I would recommend this property to anyone trying to do the waterfall and any local activity all in one day. Thank you Green Lodge. Nate & Bebes, San Diego

Nos quedamos solo una noche por qué viajamos para asistir a una boda. El Hotel es pequeño, con aire de ser acogedor y familiar. Tiene un edificio principal de madera estilo rústico, de apariencia nueva, donde está el lobby y el restaurante. Tiene un área de estacionamiento gratuito, la propiedad en sí es grande, rodeada de bosques y hay que cruzar un lindo puente de madera para llegar a las habitaciones Las habitaciones son cabañas de madera estilo rústico, muy lindas, cuentan con aire acondicionado, también cuenta con buena iluminación y un ventilador de techo (sin embargo no se puede regular en el ventilador) Cuenta con un baño amplio, con regadera con agua caliente La cama es cómoda y para dos persona Cuenta con una pequeña refrigerados para guardar refrescos o agua, no incluye nada ni tampoco snacks. La habitación cuenta con una máquina para realizar cafe gratis. Es una habitación para disfrutar la naturaleza, no cuenta con televisión, si hay buen internet wifi tanto en la habitación y el área común. El único contra que no nos gustó fue el desayuno incluido, donde los ingredientes no era y se cocina con mucha grasas, el jugo de naranja no era natural (era de paquete de preparación instantánea) realmente el desayuno fue el único punto bajo El personal muy amable y atento Si regresaríamos definitivamente , pero no desayunaríamos 😉
