Family of four. We were only here two nights so didnt use the washing machine, but looked large and new.
Kitchen was ample.
Beds comfy (if you like firm) and plenty of space for a family. Oddly though only supplied three pillows and three towel sets. I asked for another pillow and request ignored.
The decor was great fun.
Shower was decent and all the toiletries you would need.
Some cutlery was dirty so we rewashed everything, although the rest looked clean. Overall i would say it was very clean.
The check in was really good. I'd just come from another contactless hotel and hotel tora did this process so much better!!
Location, great. Quiet, nearby convenience store, 8 minute walk to station taking you direct to shibuya.
Tv was enormous, normally i wouldnt care but it was great when prepping for an early flight and getting the tv to babysit the children while we sorted that.
Overall i would book again for another short stay.

Loved our stay at Tora Hotel Okachimachi. The room looked even better than the photos. It was very large compared to other Tokyo hotel rooms. Close to Metro stations and restaurants. Great shower pressure. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen, close to supermarket if you want to self cater. Cafe downstairs with great espresso. No onsite reception, however that didn't really matter to us and all communications were answered promptly by staff.

SO MANY things stand out at this hotel! For a family of 6, the room was spacious and comfortable. It was incredibly clean and had all the necessary amenities for our family including a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and tea kettle, and a washing machine with detergent!! Honestly, the amenities saved us! We used the kitchenette so much especially the microwave, tea kettle, and refrigerator.
The room was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The beds were also incredibly comfortable and large in size! They were more comfortable than the ones we have at home.
In addition, the service!!! My goodness, the staff were kind, generous, and SO quick to respond to my messages! If we needed more toilet paper-done! If we needed another quilt-done! The service at this hotel was absolutely remarkable. Tora Hotel Okachimachi is like an apartment but with the services of a hotel!
And finally, to top it all off, the room was absolutely adorable! The decor was just so cute with a lovely large mirror. The television was also huge!
Thank you so very much Tora Hotel Okachimachi for an incredible experience in a lovely city! We did not want to leave!

This was a perfect place to stay in Tokyo with our two children. Lots of space in the apartment, very clean and neat. It was very nice having a washing machine in the unit. It's very easy to get places on the local transit nearby. Would highly recommend for families to stay!

This is a great place to stay with a family. Lots of space in the room. Easy access to subway and convenience stores and super markets. Quiet neighborhood but within walking distances to attractions (Sensoji temple, skytree tower, Ueno zoo).

Hebat Excellent place to stay, the apartment was perfect for us. Very quiet around the streets but only 10 min walk to kitchen st and 15 mins to senso ji temple. Approx 15min to Ueno station which is great as the KS skyliner heads direct to the airport.
Very clean and well maintained apartment. Thank you Tora Hotel!

Beautiful property that is pretty huge for Tokyo! Very clean and well equipped. Love Ueno area.
