This was an excellent apartment style room with nice bathroom, micro kitchen and living room, two small enclosed patios and a nice size bedroom. AC and very comfortable though for Americans the couch and tables were small. Still a washing machine, full size fridge, microwave and so much for the price was amazing. Also the location was worth the price right in the heart of Haeundae Beach walked everywhere and the tour bus comes right near you. Downstairs 24 hour convenience store and shops. I would come again and highly recommend this place. Cleaning is only done every 5 days so we didn’t use it. Contactless via email was fine. Elevator and halls were quiet and clean. Thank you. 5 out of 5 stars!

Location very convenient and on the main strip to Haeundae Beach. A very short walk to convenience stores, coffee shops, lots od restaurants, two Olive Young shops, Daiso, and pharmacies. Subway is a close 2-3 min walk away. Host responded very quickly when I had a question regarding the garbage system and thought ahead to leave extra garbage bags on the door the next day even when I didn't request for them, but knew I needed them. Convenient to have a washer for doing laundry in the unit (note: dryers are not common in South Korea, so you need to plan accordingly. There is a coin laundry shop on the ground level that has drying machines if you are in a pinch). Overall, great stay and I would visit again!

離海雲台海邊很近 晚上這裡很熱鬧 有小廚房 洗衣機 還有一張沙發床 還有一台很大的冰箱 很適合小旅行的選擇

It’s bigger than I thought it would be. Also it comes with washing machine so it made things much easier. Also dryers are in the first floor. It may get crowded getting on an elevator during check out time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. It’s just 5-8 minute walk from the ocean and pretty quiet at night.

I ordered a premium room with queen and 2 twin futon beds which cost extra yet the room only came with 1 queen bed and no futons. I contacted the hotel and they told me tough luck and refused to give me a discounted fee.
Also, it says it has a pool but the pool has been non operational for years!

The Haeundae, Busan location is very convenient and close to lots of dining options, shopping areas, the beach and the subway stations. It was easy to go from one place to another as there are lots of taxisin the area as well if you prefer that over public transportation.
The building was easy to locate and the room was clean with all the amenities we needed for our stay. There are 2 convenience stores as well, one just outside the lobby and one across the building. Though there is a washing machine in the room, I really liked that there is a laundry room in the lobby as it's much faster than the one in the room. We used both amenities and it's totally convenient!
There is also a luggage storage, which is a plus for lots of travelers though I didn't use that service.
I recommend staying at this place.

Parking available but limited. And difficult to register your car prior to arrival. Overnight parking is expensive.
Had difficulties of getting in and out due to property error not registering my vehicle properly.
Artificial grasses in the complex has some debris from past.
