Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing.
The property provides shampoo and some fancy-looking items for the hot tub, but these are chargeable and extremely overpriced. More importantly, there were serious safety concerns with the hot tub. There were no proper instructions explaining how to operate it or where to turn on the hot water. We almost burned ourselves trying to figure it out, which is simply unacceptable.
The room itself needs renovation, and the balcony was dirty. There were also not enough towels, and we had to request them multiple times before getting them.
There was no RO drinking water available. Outside food is not allowed, which would be understandable if the property's own restaurant provided reasonable service. However, our food order took almost two hours to arrive.
Overall, the property needs significant improvement in cleanliness, room maintenance, service, and especially hot-tub safety. For the price being charged, we expected a much better and safer experience.
