Great location right in the traditional Hutang neighborhood. The hotel was great and the room was perfect, their services were really impeccable and they were so kind. They brought me fruits to eat when I arrived and gifted me a wooden comb when I left. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room was spacious and the service impeccable. The front desk is always ready to help you with whatever you need, whether that's more water, translation help, or booking other services. There's even a free daily laundry service! Even after we checked out, Jolie helped us get a car to the airport

The location is fabulous!!!. The staff are amazing!!! professional, efficient and kind. A member of the hotel staff came out in the rain to escort us to the hotel and dealt with the taxi cab driver- thank you thank you. In addition, the sole of my shoe became unglued and they kindly arranged for the repair. I travel through out the world by myself and this hotel’s staff was amazing.

Hotel location is great - it is near so many food vendors and shops . The staff is amazing and very helpful. There is 24 hour Laundry service - just drop off your clothes at the front desk and it will be cleaned and delivered back to your hotel room. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

The location is great, close to everything, staff are so awesome they even store my big luggage for 2 and half ways. I am booking again on my way back at end of my trip in china.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They welcomed us warmly, helped with our luggage, and were always available to assist with anything we needed. What truly stood out was their genuine care and attention to detail. They provided wonderful local suggestions, helped us navigate and pay using local apps, and constantly checked in to see if there was anything they could do to improve our stay. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was unlike anything I have experienced before. They also arranged our airport pickup and drop-off seamlessly, making our trip completely stress-free from start to finish. I can’t express enough gratitude for the kindness, professionalism, and hospitality shown by the entire team. This was not just a hotel stay, it was an unforgettable experience. They truly made my trip to China memorable, and I will always be grateful for their outstanding service. 100 out of 10! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting China.

Amazing little hotel tucked in to a famous, cute and bustling street market. Really great place to stay for a few nights to explore Beijing. Walkable (3km) to Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square and in the heart of the traditional hutongs. The room was really nice for a family of 4. 2 king beds and a nice patio/balcony. 8 bottles of water refreshed daily and free fresh coffee and tea in the lobby. But the most amazing thing was the staff! They were all so helpful but especially Ella and Anna. They gave great advice and even helped us book a taxi and used their own Alipay when mine didn’t work and walked us out to the taxi in the rain. 110% recommend and would stay here again!

酒店的位置很好，去哪里方便。酒店服务特别贴心，在抵达前夕给信息告诉详细打车信息，然后前台小姐姐还跑出街口来接我们，帮我们拿行李箱，入住给了欢迎果盘，走时竟然还有送别礼物，而且还提供洗衣服务，我提前购买的快递也帮我收的妥妥的，服务真是特别暖心，特别的赞👍👍👍。
