I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Great location, excellent service. The friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome,and the rooms were consistently clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every time I try to get something like food or towels, they always speedily help me. I like the service and the hotel.

The owners and staff were really friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with being asked questions or for refills for the room. The location is good as it's quite close to the pyramids, quad biking and GEM. Choice of restaurants within short taxi ride. Booked some tours through them and it was all arranged very smoothly

Employees are the best They will make your stay as comfortable as it could be Ali and Abdullah as will the girl I forget her name in the front disk over expectation , wonderful people The owner Ahmad amazing I would recommend this place for everyone yes I would book this place again For they hospitality

This is the worst inn I've seen in my traveling history. Very small, with only 12 rooms. The room is small with poor amenities. No elevator, Wi-Fi not working, and a poor breakfast served on the sunny roof (no buffet) under a big dirty umbrella. The place opens onto a busy road, very noisy day and night. Stray dogs are abundant on that road, and dirt and flies are around. I do not recommend this place.

The staff was very nice helpful and accomodating They helped with tours and transportation The bed was comfy with a balcony and view of the pyramids The lunch was outstanding on the top floor outdoors with a full view of all the pyramids FWI the free transportation they mention for a specific time frame is for only one way To get to the airport is $30

Estuvo muy bien nuestra estadía el cuarto muy amplia con una vista increíble a las pirámides el desayuno muy rico lo único malo que el edificio no tiene elevador y el baño tenía un mal olor que venía del drenaje
