The staff are fantastic. I notified a member of the bar staff that we had a booking and he got me checked in immediately, sorted our keys out for us and showed me the room. He gave me good detail about the hotel and the fire exits, door keys etc. The rooms are separated from the pub by a locked door that you're given a key for. This is very reassuring and secure. The pub itself was quiet before too late so getting to sleep was easy. The fan in the room was very much appreciated as we stayed during the heat wave. The rooms are nice and clean, the bathroom is very well appointed and again clean to a very good standard. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the TV was well connected with good reception. The parking on the property was ample for us, we arrived on a Saturday night and didnt struggle for a space. There is a tablet to register your cars registration upon check in, its very easy to use, though I think I may have entered the wrong registration personally. 😅 im still waiting for a parking notice to come through the door. Hopefully I didnt. Anyway, the fairways was in a perfect location for us, we were visiting Manchester for the Half Marathon and wanted to stay outside the city centre in case it was too busy. This was ideal. A short 12 minute or so drive into the city centre the next morning ready for the run. Thank you again to the staff at the fairways.

The staff were very polite and helpful. also the food was really nice.

The room was spotless and my only gripe would be to have a larger bed, king size would be better but overall the room was fine. The music from the bar was so load we could hear it thudding until about 11pm, this has put me off staying here again.

The room was very good and clean and the staff very friendly. Would highly recommend if you are watching a concert at the Co-Op or the football at the Etihad

The room was very spacious (it was a family room) & clean. The bathroom was large & the shower powerful. The staff were very welcoming & helpful. Food & Bar were ok & plenty of parking. My only complaint was the only thing done to make up the room was to replemish the coffee etc the bed was left unmade

Lovly lively pub and well staffed, the only thing that let it down was the plumbing the shower tray filled to the top and draned very slowly im shore it will be sorted in a timely manner and would deffently stay agen

Great place to stay overnight, clean and friendly staff. Bar food was good and reasonably priced.
