Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The reception staff were not friendly or helpful, and their attitude towards guests was quite rude. Room service was not provided, and even basic amenities such as drinking water and tea were not provided. When I asked about these services, the staff responded rudely and told me that they do not provide them. Overall, the staff’s behavior was very poor and unprofessional. I expected much better hospitality and customer service. I would not recommend this property unless they seriously improve their staff attitude and basic guest services.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The location was also very convenient. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

I went to the hotel but they didn't let me in and I haven't received my money back yet.
