My staff arrive hotel late, office was closed. but no any information about find key card, no SMS, no phone call. So my staff had to drive to other place to find a room. very bad service.

Room was tidy and as clean as could be considering it's not a modern motel, Staff very helpful and friendly. Just a 5 minute easy walk to major shopping centre. Loved the balcony at the back of my room overlooking the natural bush. Very quiet location. Aircon worked well and was quiet. Also loved I could open windows for fresh air which many modern rooms don't offer. Overall a very good experience, I will stay again.

Everything was very nice and clean, friendly staff and very affordable.

Shower not very good..no pressure..queen bed not comfortable either had to sleep in the single bed..that was comfortable

Floor drain was clogged in the showers. Water stays for a very long time before draining.
