Es un hotel muy tranquilo y el personal super amable. Rosario la de limpieza muy amable y respetuosa. Si vuelvo a quedarme en Balcon del Cielo aparte te dan una tarjeta para el funicular es un servicio muy bueno.

Everything was excellent for this place . The only thing that disappointed me was that the hot tub had no hot water and the safe in the room never worked properly. Other than everything else was beautiful, very clean and great views

The only thing bad at this property is a parking lot you gotta walk to the hotel like maybe half a mile to get to the hotel

It's a clean and beautiful place, with great views of the city. The only draw back is they have a lot of stairs. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
