I stood at hotel close to a week. The place its on a great location. A block from the ocean. However despite the great location; the customer service at this hotel is very poor. They dont give you more than 2 towels at a time per day. Be aware, there is an extra hotel charge of about $50 for the hotel amenities. If booking with expedia this is not disclosed somehow. The hotel charges this separately on check in. The reception does not answer the phone if you call from your room. You have to walk downstairs to reception area if you want something. Also the balcony is out of limits as when I tried to request for one on my initial booking they said no guarantees. The worst part in my opinion of this hotel is how moldy this place smells. 😑 the entire rooms smells like that. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate to be near the beach and overpay.

My favorite spot in Brigantine. My only complaint is that the pool is not open yet. It was closed for the 2025 season. I was told it should open for the 4th of July.

La localisation est parfaite pour la plage ainsi que pour les différents commerces de Brigantine et d’Atlantic City. Le stationnement est un atout appréciable et le personnel attentionné à nos besoins. Les unités pourraient bénéficier de rajeunissement ainsi que le mobilier.

The rooms are large and renovated. They include a stove, dishwasher, microwave and 2 bathrooms!!!! The pool is too small to swim in though so that was a disappointment.
