Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull the room was very clean. Great location with plenty of food & options all within walking distance, no need to rent a scooter unless you plan on traveling further. Beach is only 2 blocks away. Have stayed their twice now, great value & would highly recommend.

The rooms reeked of mold, and I could see mold, developing in the corner on the roof of the room that I was in. It was terrible.

Bawah Purata I checked in late (midnight), so when I got there, there was no one there. I finally found a person to help, but he didn't know if I had paid already. After about 30 minutes, I finally got a key to the room. The room was open when I went to it, and it looks like people had used it. There were stains on the sheets and the towels were dirty.

Clean, friendly staff and located in the expat area. Tons or restaurants, small supermarkets, great coffee shops right out the door and the beach is a block away

We got a room with a window that literally had a wall in front on it. Staff was ok, but overwall for price this was a bit over price. I would not recommend

Very helpful staff, good English, location is great, 1 block from the beach and nice promenade in front of building. Air conditioning works well and room was super clean. Great food and coffee right out front with excellent Bahn Mi right next door.
