We had a lovely stay at BloomSuites Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Thank you to the whole team for looking after us so well — we truly appreciated it and would happily stay again!

Courteous staff ,clean room Jaisanker looked after us

Good

Great location, rooms are pleasent, staff are helpful and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety.

The property was nice but can be better in terms of room cleanliness. The food was excellent and the service otherwise is appreciative

Convenient location among posh residential neighborhoods which helps for people attending family functions. Room was very clean and user friendly with prompt service.

Nice hotel

Location is great. But that is all this property has to offer. Rooms are not well kept. Staff is poorly trained and have no idea what they are doing. They tried to separate 2 rooms (1 family) on separate floors saying thats the only way they can assign rooms. Bedsheets were torn and wore out. Towels were not properly washed. Breakfast was mediocre.

Good room size. Clean and tidy rooms.

Not so warm welcome. Unprofessional/untrained front office staff. Large but average rooms.
