our stay was nice. reception was helpful even the guard on duty assisted us to get a tricycle at 4am going to the seaport. room is very spacious. a/c is good. toilet ok. theres a 7-11 just outside the reception, and overall we had a good stay š

A beautifully decorated hotel right in the bustle of Dumaguete; a diamond in the rough if you will. The staff was all very attentive and any request made of the front desk was satisfied within minutes. There's a 7/11 and breakfast restaurant (Alima Cafe) within convenient walking distance. Only issue would be the street noise could be heard easily at night.

We have stayed here before and really like the location, but more importantly it has parking. This is tough to find in Dumaguete.

Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful (both when checking in and also helping to arrange a hire car). Room was very spacious, clean and had everything you need. Location-wise, it was a bit away from the main centre but was very easy to get to (short 15 min walk from the port or 7 minute trike ride). It was also a short 10-15 minute ride from Sibulan airport. Overall, very happy with our stay.
