A copy of valid IDs for all guests must be submitted via email or cell phone before check-in. A damage security deposit is required upon arrival, based on the length of stay: PHP 2,500 for stays of 7-14 nights. PHP 5,000 for stays of 15-27 nights. PHP 10,000 for stays of 28 nights or more. A refundable security deposit of PHP 2500 is required at check-in to cover any charges or damages incurred during the stay. The property charges a pool fee of PHP 150 per person per day on non-holidays and PHP 300 per person per day on holidays. The pool is open from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM. House Rules1. Sanitize first 2. Pull out the exhaust fan when cooking to avoid too much smoke, Misuse and Setting on the fire alarm has a penalty. 15. It is prohibited to smoke and hang clothes to dry on the balcony 📍 Please don't take away anything in the house for souvenir. 📍Respect neighbors and don't make indecent behaviors that could catch neighbors attention.
