Hebat Great location, walking distance to all the wonderful sites in downtown San Miguel. The concierges, Brenda and Alex, were very friendly and helpful.

We loved this place, we have stayed here before and this why we came back because we loved it. Everyone is always so nice, great great location. And now even better with onsite restaurant.

Room infested with bedbugs/ Plaga de chinches y muy mala atención del hotel
Reseña:
Pensé mucho antes de escribir esta reseña porque finalmente la empresa que administra la propiedad sí me ayudó a resolver el reembolso, pero la atención por parte de Casa Pandurata fue muy deficiente.
El sábado 28 de febrero reservamos este lugar para pasar el fin de semana entre amigos. La tarifa fue de $5,000 pesos por noche. Nos dormimos alrededor de las 2 am y, dos horas después, despertamos con mucha comezón. Al revisar las sábanas descubrimos que la cama estaba infestada de chinches.
Solicitamos de inmediato el cambio de habitación y sí nos lo otorgaron. Sin embargo, al día siguiente cuando pedimos el reembolso, un empleado nos respondió de forma prepotente cuestionando cómo podían saber ellos que nosotros no habíamos llevado las chinches e insinuando incluso que el problema podía venir del medio de transporte en el que llegamos. En ningún momento recibimos una disculpa por parte del hotel.
Además, tuve que gastar más de $3,500 pesos en consultas médicas y medicamentos debido a una reacción alérgica por las picaduras.
Adjunto fotos de las chinches encontradas en la habitación y de las lesiones.
Agradezco a la empresa administradora por haber intervenido para resolver el reembolso, ya que del hotel nunca recibí una disculpa ni apoyo.
Por el precio que cobran, uno esperaría estándares básicos de limpieza y un manejo profesional ante un problema así. Lamentablemente no es asi

Came down to San Miguel for a wedding in mid-January of 2026. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the rooftop is a nice spot to sit and relax in the early morning or late evening. Staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed, from directions, laundry dry cleaning service, restaurant recommendations and pretty much anything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The best thing about Casa Pandurata are the concierge services! Alex Perez and Jesus Barron were invaluable help with our medical and pharmaceutical needs, in addition to the typical help with transportation, communication, TVs, etc. Rooms, beds, location, restaurant, etc. are all excellent. We would highly recommend Casa Pandurata!
