My partner and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay at ReLabo. Unfortunately, I couldn't book the two nights on the same reservation, so I had to check out of my first room and check into the second. Thankfully, the staff at the front was able to check me into the new room right away so we didn't need to wait around! The hotel rooms were comfortable with ample space for lounging. Our first room had a bathtub while the second room had a shower. The amenities provided in the room were sufficient, and the public bath was clean and inviting. I enjoyed the apple bubbling bath in the women's bath a lot! And both times that I went, I was the only person using it in the morning around 8am. The hotel breakfast was the only thing that wasn't outstanding. While the service was good, the food itself wasn't anything to write home about. We ordered an omelet with scallop sauce, a croque-monsieur, and had some salad and fruits. Nothing stood out but it also wasn't inedible. For the cost, I probably would skip it next time and eat somewhere in the food court of the station since there were so many great options!

Loved it! 10/10 want to Relabo again!

I brought my family here for our Aomori visit. Among us we booked 7 rooms of differing types. I had nothing but the most positive feedback from my whole family. The rooms were great, the staff was amazing, and their bartender was nice and made great cocktails too. Those that tried it loved the breakfast buffet including myself. :) Fwiw, feels like the hotel itself can be a destination, I definitely want to go again. Thank you Relabo!

Excellent location, friendly staff, and really great breakfast! Parking is off-site in a parking garage (there’s a few options), but if you come by train the hotel is directly connected to Aomori Station.

Wow what a wonderful property. Maximum stars for everything. Great room (spacious) wonderful location and a great experience.

My stay at ReLabo Medical Spa & Stay was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with a relaxing wellness atmosphere. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The spa and wellness facilities were outstanding and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Every area of the hotel was maintained to the highest standard. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort exceeded my expectations. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Aomori Station and nearby attractions. I highly recommend ReLabo to anyone visiting Aomori and looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. The hotel was located right by the JR station, we were shocked how closed it was. We arrived early and the front desk staff allowed us into that room, which was greatly appreciated! The hotel was super clean with modern decor! I wish I paid attention to the fact that it was a spa as I didn’t not make advanced reservation for a facial! Their spa facility looked quite “zen”. Unfortunately they could not accommodate me but I guess I will just have to visit Aomori again!
