The property may be ideal for casual activists. It is not suitable for family and businessmen. My family of 4 stayed there for 4 nights after we paid online before the stay.
Upon checked-in at their other property (Das Grune Bio Hotel Zur Post) which was located about 400 metres away , we humbly asked for an iron and an ironing board from the reception. We were shocked when the receptionist told us that they don't provide iron and that we need to come over to their main hotel (Das Grune Bio Hotel Zur Post) which was about 400 metres away if we want to iron our clothes and have breakfast. We told them that we don't need breakfast. However, we had to carry our clothes and brought it over to their main hotel (Das Grune Bio Hotel) for 4 consecutive days to iron our clothes. It was really a shocking experience to my family throughout our many years of travelling around Europe and other parts of the world. We had no choice but had to do it because the stay had been paid for prior to our arrival. We will be more wary of such a horrible accommodation and its ridiculous arrangement in future. They should have been more sensible and understanding of customer's need.
The staff may be nice but not so helpful to look into our simple need. They could have lend us the iron and ironing board which was not used by anybody during the 4 days. Horrible service culture. Not worth the value paid.
