We enjoyed our time at the Black Berry Lodge. It was conveniently located to the pubs and everything about our stay was easy. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful BNB in gorgeous Doolin. Walking distance to the shops and pubs in the village, but tucked away on a very quiet street with literal cows across the way. An Irish dream! Self check in was easy, great parking available, and very clean and spacious rooms. No air conditioning, which we did notice as we visited during a heatwave, but the rooms had several windows which let in a great breeze.

Blackberry Lodge was phenomenal! It's a modern, clean and spacious building that is located on the edge of Doolin. Our room was very clean and the shower was awesome! The Host is very friendly. Breakfast is both economical and delicious! I highly recommend this property if you're considering a stay in Doolin.

Very clean friendly and helpful

Great spot

Great free parking, clean spacious room. The family room has lots of space for a couple to spread out and not feel like you're living out of a suitcase. As we have found with so many B&Bs, there is very little horizontal space in the bathroom to spread out cosmetics and toiletries, but this is typical. The biggest issue is that there is something constantly flapping in the wind all night long just outside the family room windows, even closed.

The Blackberry Lodge presents the best of both worlds to its guests— it’s in the beautiful country and off the beaten path of the main street in Doolin, but still close enough to walk to the pubs and restaurants on that main street. It’s even walkable to the Doolin pier (although that would be a heftier walk— but still doable if you want to get some exercise!) The Doolin pier is a 5-minute drive and offers ferry rides to the Aran Islands. There is a pitch and putt golf course right next to the pier. It’s also 8 minutes to the Doolin cave and 15-20 minutes to the Cliffs of Moher. In other words, the location is stellar! The accommodations, also, are wonderful. There is plenty to of parking. We stayed in room 3 upstairs, which sleeps 4 people comfortably, and there is still a lot of room to move around, plenty of closet space, and a spacious bathroom. The room was clean and everything seems brand new. There was a playpen in the closet for babies. The innkeepers served a great Irish breakfast and were extremely accommodating. We’d highly recommend a stay at this lovely B&B!

Great host. Great location. Easy parking. Walkable to local pubs. Short driving distance to pier.
