Excellent choice of breakfast. 20 minutes walk to the main square and similar distance to the train station. Tours round the city and to the salt mine were bookable from hotel. Excellent Vietnamese eatery two minutes walk away.

Conveniently located 10 mins walk from square. Breakfast was good. TV upgraded so English speaking channels not available. Slipped in bathroom & cut foot which bled onto carpet (didn’t know at time) reported to staff but carpet not attended to. Didn’t see second mirror in room until last day as hidden by door when walking into room. Overall good stay.

Positives : clean, well presented, good size rooms. Negatives : Cooked breakfast was quite cold one day, not standard fried breakfast. Limited selection for other options. Bathroom made of glass and you could see into bathroom from the room. Could hear and see anyone using toilet. Staff spoke amongst themselves, but limited interaction with guests. A little too far from old town square.

Room Spotless

Location is excellent- 10 minute walk to the main square. Quite a long walk for locations south of the river, but for most attractions, excellent location. Room was average. Average size, no safe, lacking some toiletries and facial tissues. Also charges me for breakfast although I'm fairly certain i prepaid for this.

Really lovely hotel in a traditional building that’s been nicely restored. Rooms are compact but very comfortable and we had one of the few rooms with a balcony overlooking the rear terrace. The bar was great, although we didn’t try the food. Loved the water machines on each floor and the refillable glass bottles on each room. Flat 20min stroll to the old town - good location.

Hotel was in a great location tram & bus stop literally across the road 15 min walk to the main square hotel nice & clean good breakfast

Hotel was nice and located in a good location. The check in guy did not seem very attentive. Seems too distracted with phone or computer.

Absolutely amazing, lovely staff, great services, sauna and gym in the basement and super clean. Well worth the price

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and beds very comfortable. Staff were very obliging with all our needs. Easy to get to from the airport and only a 10 minute walk away from the old town. We would stay here again.
