Dynasty hotel is a great place to enjoy your vacation, 10 minutes away from the city center, very quite neighborhood, walking distance to the supermarket, has free car parking, beautiful pool, spa, Jacuzzi. Front desk was welcome us with glass of wine, which is rare. Outstanding customer service by front desk Gayane A., and Mush M. (Forgot the last names). Thank you again for your excellent service. Will be back again for sure.

Terrible Air Conditioning in the building, rooms don't have individual AC units, so theg are dependant on whether central AC is on heater or cooler

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Overall speaking, it is a good hotel if you do not mind it locates a bit far from the city centre or you do not mind to call taxi for your transport. The nearest metro station is located about 20 minutes walk. The pedestrian around the hotel was bad and sometimes you need to walk on the car road. The traffic around the hotel is very busy.
