Big Cockroach in my sink worst service ever throwup in entrance of my door didn't clean up till next day ..

They charged a fee for an extra pillow. The mattress was comfortable & the shower water pressure was good. The electricity didn’t work on one side of the room. The air conditioner had trouble keeping the room cool, even at night.

Great place. Great agents.very friendly and had no issues.

The staff will confuse you by asking for a deposit in unegociable cash. owner went mad hitting my door for almost 10 mins asking me for another ID becouse mine will expire before the stay ends, I really dont know whats the issue, in the airport the TSA used my now expired ID without problem. Never came to clean nor even to do the bedding in a whole week stay Never coming back

Una propiedad sucia los cuartos sucios con polvo y cucarachas y las sábanas sucias con pelos de otra gente como que no las cambian las sábanas las camas duras la taza del baño con sarro Todo era pura suciedad súper mala experiencia en ese motel el grande no lo recomiendo para nada

DO NOT STAY HERE! El Grande Motel stand for El Grande problems!! This is the WORST place we have ever stayed in. Terrible customer service; rude, unprofessional and condescending staff. We got there and place was completely empty. RED FLAG! The positive reviews do not represent this place at all. We park, go to the room, then the workers/owners? get there and they tell me to move my car, even though there is plenty of other spaces, there is no other car in the parking lot, or any sign that indicates that parking space is reserved. The pictures you see are from 10 or more years ago! The furniture, comforter, sheets, dressers, etc. are ALL the same as the pictures, but with A LOT of damage, wear and tear. There was writing etched all over the room and it was not organized or clean. Based on the positive (non-representative reviews) we reserved the room for two days, but couldn’t stand to stay another day, and they refused to give us our money back, telling us to call Expedia. We call, then they tell Expedia that they already charged the full amount and can’t do refunds. Save your money and headaches and go somewhere else. Every aspect of this place is disgusting.

It was fast and easy, staff where nice..
