Impressed us in many aspects, including cleanliness, staff service quality, safety and the overall comfort level. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. Aircon was rather cold, but you’d rather it that way than not since it’s typically warm outside. We had an electrical outage on one night and we couldn’t use the room phone to get help; had to walk out to the corridor to use the phone. The maintenance staff came over swiftly and fixed the problem.
