Toilet was right next to the bed in the same room- no cubicle. It smelled bad all day and worse at night. Even with the window open the smell was lingering!

The bedroom was superb, the bed was enormous and one of the best I've slept on ever.
Unfortunately there were maintenance issues with the bathroom, toilet unfixed to the ground, sink not draining properly etc. A damp musty smell in that room. Shower cubicle a bit past it's best.
I was there a short time and to be fair I don't think the proprietor was even aware of the bathroom issues.
It wouldn't take much to fix those bathroom problems and it would be excellent as the bedroom was a gem.
The location was good too, easy walk into town past the university.

Family vacation. Online check-in was not very clear if submission of information required by hotel is completed, as there is no other reply from hotel. On day of arrival, unable to gain access into the building. Has waited for someone to come out of the building to be able to let myself in.

Unfortunately it鈥檚 tough to leave a good review. The lack of a front desk caused a delay checking in. The AC unit was not working so we had to wait for it to be fixed. On a positive note the property manager came to fix it and did so after about 30 minutes. The apartment is a good size and looked clean but we did see 3 bugs which was a bit disturbing. Probably needs to be exterminated. It鈥檚 a 20 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the historic center which is convenient. It鈥檚 affordable but I don鈥檛 think we would stay there again

Worst please where you can stay 馃様
On description of the B & B is stated Full Breakfast, and on arrival you get card for a coffee and Croissant from the bistro downstairs .
No one change our rubbish for 4 days.
No one to welcome you on arrival 馃檪
Would we stay there again-NO
Would we recommend this please to anyone -NO

No accommodation was provided, we were never given access. Do not book here it is a scam. They do not contact you/reply to allow access, there is no response by email or telephone. Do not chance it. The Google reviews say it all.

Many insects at the room, and besides there is no message to do the check-in, we waoted 40 min outside sonce we call (first time not replying) until host arrived.

Employees were helpful, but we got put into a different place from the one we reserved and were not contacted until 3 hours before we could check in. It did not have hot water or any of the amenities of the b n b we originally booked. Attempted to exit the building late at night and a man lunged for the door to try to get in or ask for something.

We were given a very friendly welcome by Jerome who let us into the building and to our studio apartment as well as explaining everything and giving directions to the city attractions. The room was spotless and had a great shower. It was ideally located across from one of the old city gates and was about a 10min walk into the main attractions. Breakfast vouchers were provided for the cafe downstairs which had a great friendly vibe and delicious croissants. The only downside for us was that the TV did not have any English speaking channels, but as we were mainly out site-seeing this didn鈥檛 really pose much of a problem.
