The room we were out in was missing the fire alarm, just an exposed wire where it was supposed to be. The safety latch was broke, the tub in the bathroom was still dirty and had parents, the box springs of the bed were yellow. Bad smell in the room and hallway. Service desk looked extremely unorganized, staff were talking about other issues not resolved while checking in. We spent maybe 30mins in the room before deciding to go find something else. Wasn’t able to get a refund since they don’t offer them for 3rd party bookings so we’ll be disputing the charge with the pictures we took. Stay as far away as you.

I am surprised that a company like Wyndham would even have this as one of its properties. They should be totally embarrassed. I guess it's all about the money and not the customer. Declined to even stay. Would rather sleep in the car.

This property was dilapidated and filthy inside and outside. The room was disgusting. I found evidence of "bug dirt" on the sheets. There were suspicious stains on the coverlet. The armchair in the room (and the furniture in the lobby) was soiled. The carpet was nearly black with filth. There were holes in the walls. The bathroom door was badly scratched as though an animal had been trapped in there. The keycard reader was broken, so I had to use an old fashioned key in the doorknob. The A/C did was ineffective and could not be adjusted. The bathroom sink was chipped. Paint on the walls was flaking or scratched. The mattress was several inches shorter than the box springs and very uncomfortable. The pillows were either flat or lumpy. The advertised amenities were absent: no refrigerator in the room, no breakfast in the morning. The Wi-Fi did not work. Do NOT stay at this property. It's a disgrace to the Wyndham brand.

This Days Inn was deplorable. Very dirty. There was mold on ceiling. No outdoor working lights. Bed linens were filthy. Carpet was sticky. No towels,wash cloths or hand towels. No soap.This property reaked of Marijuana, even though it was advertised as a smoke free facility. Trash everywhere outside.

Seriously disgusting! How is this property available as an option on Expedia???

Checked in and right back out of our hotel stay. Literally everything listed on hotels.com was not available and the hotel was utter garbage. Even the front desk told us they know what's listed isn't accurate and they've asked for it to be removed. The bed wasn't even secure. As soon as our child (50lbs) sat on it, the other side came up off the floor. No toilet paper, towels or anything in the room The listings also says they offer breakfast but front desk told us they do not and never have. Beds and linens were horribly stained and still had hair on them.

There was no soap in the bathroom and the was no trash cans

The guy from the next room. I don’t know he is crazy or not. He called police on me. And said I have gun and I am threatening him. Police told me they know the person is crazy. And police helped me to get another room. And said personally that I chose a wrong hotel. This was a horrible experience at midnight.

Poorly kept property overall

This place is a classic case of bait & switch. The photos on the website are nice, all areas are clean, the lights work in the hallways, stairwells, etc. In actuality, this place is a DUMP! The neighborhood is in the HOOD. The outside is unkept, the parking lot is unlit and all broken up. The stairs (there is no elevator) and hallways are dirty and dark! The door lock to my room was barely holding on and it was really hard to open. Once I entered the room, I was met with dirty carpets, half made dirty beds, the lights above the bed were askew and near falling from the wall. The beds lacked bed skirts so you can see all the dirt and debris that was on the box springs. Unfortunately, shortly after my arrival, I had to leave for an event and upon my return, I was met with 3 police cruisers in the parking lot, not sure what happened. I do not recommend this place. If you value for your life, do not book a stay at this place. Not sure why Expedia is even listing them on their site. I forgot to add when I requested a refund, because there was no way in the world I was sleeping there, they refused to return my money. Keep this review in mind when booking a stay here.
