Além disso, a equipe de funcionários demonstrou um alto nível de atenção e cordialidade, estando sempre disponível para atender às necessidades dos hóspedes de forma eficiente e educada. No entanto, apesar desses pontos positivos, o café da manhã não correspondeu às expectativas, deixando a desejar em relação à variedade ou à qualidade oferecida.

There was confusion when I checked in. The desk attendant wanted me to provide payment on my arrival. I tried to explain that reservations done through Orbitz are prepaid. I had to wait almost an hour for her to contact her supervisor to verify this. The breakfast did not offer much in the way of healthful choices. I was there four nights and did not get fresh towels during that time. I asked on the third day and was promised towels, but they did not arrive.
