We checked out early after our first night because we found live bedbugs in the bed after sleeping several hours in it. We captured two bugs from the bed and showed them to the front desk (live), and we also have photos/videos of the bugs and the more than 100 visible bite marks and large swollen welts I had afterward. My wife was in a similar condition. The front desk would not provide written documentation of our report and only told us to contact the property. We messaged the property through hotels.com requesting a refund, but they never responded.

Nice and quiet location. My room had great view of the river. The swimming pool was clean and clear. Staff was kind and friendly to all guests. Continental breakfast was simple and full breakfast was good. Evening dinner was very good. Parking and facilities were easy to access.

Continental breakfast was quick and simple, full breakfast upon ordering was good. Evening meals were good and fulfilling. Staff and personnel were kind and considerate to all guests. Parking was easy and accessible.

We had no hot water during our stay. The staff had no idea what was happening. They kept lying to us that we will get hot water soon. Breakfast was terrible. No choices.

I booked this place because it was right next to the dive shop I was diving with. The place looks great from photos, unfortunately the rooms are very run down with paint coming off the ceiling in the bathroom and water stains on the floor and even baked on grime on the bathroom mirror. The staff were helpful but the restaurant was lacking alot of food from the menu and even coke was not available at the bar. Outside my room I found several empty beer bottles and some old food containers that had been left behind from someone. The tv in my room would turn on but no channels seemed to work. The decor is very old and the lighting in the room really needs an upgrade. On the up side it does have a fan and air conditioning that worked well.

Outdated room amenities. Room smells like old furniture. Rooms needs renovation

The hotel was greatly priced and convenient location for a wedding event we attended. It’s a little rundown in the room, our terrace door didn’t lock and had a gaping hole in the fly screen and the breakfast was quoted at FJD $34 for 1 extra person, and for what we received, I probably wouldn’t even have pay FJD $15 for

Was a big room can fit a village in there,but was no tap to fill kettle and to drink out off the only tap was in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly i think other amenities like pool wasnt useable i have got kids they love the pool,pool should be take out of the picture that false advertising. We enjoy our one night there view to the river was nice.overall was good just few thing that see should be there. Thanks

Overall our stay was reallly good. Staff were very friendly. Room was good as well. The bathroom could be improved including the shower head and needed clean shower curtains.
