Super beau et grand. Excellent pour une famille avec tout les accessoires nécessaire. Onsen et bain de pied magnifique. Généralement propre mais un peu poussiéreux. Manque un peu d’instruction en anglais pour les électros.

Room was clean, remote staff not flexible.
Had issue with the number of beds available. Instead of trusting that the number of occupants matches the passports given, they just set up beds based on their needs and assume all off the floor beds will be filled. As the customer I may want to place more people in the loft. If the number of occupants is as noted it should be my call not the remote desk clerk.

Beautiful location, room was clean and spacious, great amenities within. Very nice, small and quaint town. Great for relaxation and scenery!

One of the BEST stays of our entire Japan trip! I can't say enough about the view. One word of warning, we were incredibly fortunate to be on a second floor unit. The first floor units looked to be obscured by a wall, completely blocking the view. I don't know how you would be able to determine ahead of time what view you would get, but that would significantly impact your enjoyment. The foot bath and private Onsen made this a relaxing retreat.

The view gets 10 out of 10 but no humans on perimeter means you can’t ask someone whether your room had dinner included, no one answered when messaged and check in isn’t as simple as usually.. you had to submit pictures of each guest, take a picture of QR code , then when entered the room have to check in via video call ( personal aren’t Japanese, so I am worried about all our passport details being forwarded through people of foreign countries), they then want to see each guest’s face to match the passports. Very weird
Room was clean, saw Mt.Fuji from our balcony. Had snacks provided ( in the fridge) and few drinks which was nice but not sure it was worth what we paid per night. Other hotels priced 1/2 of that and when you are out walking you get the same view. So not regretting but probably won’t be back
