The room felt very neglected. Light swithch by the room door was not working properly and light could not be turned on entering the room, the bedside lamps were not working, and electric outlet where the electric water kettle was plugged not working (a long extesion cord was placed in the room by the staff to allow the use of the kettle). The shower base was leaking wetting the bathroom floor every time the shower was used. The bread toaster at the breakfast table was not working properly and not shutting off automatically, burning bread slices. Staff seemed very polite and attentive but none of the problems were addressed during our stay. Definetely not a 5-star hotel.
