This time, the staff was not friendly and in fact seemed indifferent, even though they acknowledged that they remembered we had stayed there previously. It was a holiday time, and we asked the front desk when we checked in if they would please check to see if we could stay an extra day, even if it was necessary to pay a higher room rent.
