This hotel is amazing. It is in a perfect location just inside the ZTL with a carpark just outside ZTL within an easy 4 minute walk to the hotel. The staff were all helpful, friendly and very courteous. We stayed 4 nights and got to see everything there is in Matera. The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Sassi's of Matera was beautiful. So peaceful and quiet even though you are in the heart of the town. Very comfortable King bed in a quiet, spacious room overlooking the street in front. Highly recommend this hotel

We had an issue with the room booking when we checked in but Giuseppe solved it. The standard of service is always measured by how people solve problems. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
