The hotel is at a gd location, not far fr the paddington train stn, can reach to hotel fr stn by walk ard 5-7 mins. A lot of resturants nearby. And some buses pass there too. The room is clean and modern, quite new. Provide coffee, tea, chocolate and biscuits in room. The room w a/c but not really cool, open the window better. The hotel without lift, must walk up but the staff can help to carry luggages up to the room if need. Provide drinking water at ground floor, nxt to the reception. If wanna try british townhouse, this hotel is a gd choice.

Hebat The room I stayed was recently renovated and it was very clean and spacious with a good bed and also a new air-conditioning. I would stay here when I visit London for business again.

The room was small but great for one night. Central location, very easy to get to paddington and the airport. My only complaint is that the carpet had several stains.

Avoid this hotel. The staff maxes the minimum for effort. There was no TV remote, after 2 days of trying, no TV remote. Bed was horridly uncomfortable. Place shakes every few minutes from the subway under the building. Elevator goes to the 2nd floor, I was on the 3rd, narrow windy stairs to lug your suitcase up. The main issue though is the staff; they max the minimum for effort. Deportation would be a good start for this miserable lot. A truly horrid hotel experience.

Clean room, friendly staff, the location is superb at just two blocks from the Paddington station.

Bawah Purata The advertisement photos are incredibly deceiving. A “Superior Double Room” is a tiny room with a window view of a stone wall. The stairs are very wonky and hazardous.
