The staff at the hotel, restaurant, and rooftop bar were all so welcoming and nice. Breakfast was delicious, and the cocktails at the bar were really good. Great place to stay!

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the old city in Cartagena. The rooms were very nice and the staff was even better. Everything was clean and I highly recommend the hotel as a spot to stay while in Cartagena. I will definitely stay here again when I come back

The rooms were clean. Free breakfast was convenient as was located next next door to the hotel. The location is right in the middle of walled city making it very walkable to all monuments and clean.

The staff were very nice and professional. However, the breakfast staff were very inappropriate and had no idea how to treat a customer, especially Cyndy, who is usually very nice. In my personal experience, my wife and I went to breakfast on Sunday, June 14th, and waited 45 minutes. When we asked the waiter, he told us it would take another 25 minutes because the hotel didn't have enough cooks. I think that's unacceptable. Customers don't care about that information. Of course, we got up and went somewhere else for breakfast. Very unfortunate and unprofessional. The waiters who serve breakfast need to know how to treat a customer.

Very friendly staff always ready to help, the room and overall hotel was very clean. The only thing is the pool is very small and there aren’t any amenities like a gym in the property. However, I highly recommend it and I will book again.
