This was a bad choice but there were pros and cons. The hotel is in a place with no transportation services. Yes it is close to the Pariban Hot Spings but to get in and out of Berastagi was a nightmare and so much wasted time and money. Rooms. No air con. No phone. After a long hike I can back to uncleared room , no towels. Eventually at 630 pm the room got cleaned. Roof top bar is nice , pool okay. Staff seemed uninterested and focused on their phones , no real restaurants or nightlife nearby

Friendly staff, nice decor, karaoke, 24 hrs cafe and hot spring pool on 1st floor. Paid 50k rupiah per person for breakfast, buffet style, and several options. Overall, good and satisfying hotel stay.

My son and I stayed here, while visiting Berastagi. Location was perfect, as we were planning to climb the volcano, which was very close by. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The building and decor was serene and very aesthetically pleasing. The place was clean. The views of the mountains and volcano from the rooftop were marvellous. And the geothermal pool was an added bonus. I'd thoroughly recommend!
