The hotel is in bad shape, with holes in the wales, AC working bad, TV doesn't have a real programs, breakfast is very simple, no choice

Overall great hotel

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The breakfast menu was okay, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I arrived very early after a long flight and appreciated being allowed an early check-in for an additional fee. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to and from the airport for a fee, which was very convenient as I did not have to worry about arranging a rideshare after traveling. I also ordered room service during my stay and had the pizza, which was delicious. It came with complimentary water and soda, which I appreciated. The room itself also included complimentary bottled water, which was definitely a nice added touch. However, I did experience some inconvenience afterward. The front desk later asked me to come back downstairs to re-check in at the official check-in time, and they also requested that I change rooms. After traveling for an entire day, all I really wanted to do was rest without interruption. While I do appreciate the option for early check-in, I would recommend that the full check-in process be completed at one time to avoid disturbing guests who are likely exhausted from traveling.

This is one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I have asked Hotels.com for a refund. The hotel is not in a good location, it’s old and dirty. The staff are rude and aggressive. The only good thing was that the shower tiles and elevator were redone. Gross breakfast like an airplane tray. The hotel was creepy and weird. I do not recommend to stay here. Bathroom was dirty- lots of little hairs everywhere. Sheets didn’t look or feel clean. I’m looking forward to my refund.

The coordination of shuttle was clear and consise. Service provided was excellent. We just needed a room to spend a few hours before our next flight and honestly we were gladly surprised
